Well, for whatever reasons, some campers do need camping chairs. That does not necessarily mean they are sissies to nature or spoilt, rich fellows who cannot stand sitting on logs and stony grounds. Camping chairs are just as essential as the various accessories that you have list down in your camping supply checklist.
Always remember that comfort adds to the overall enjoyment to be found in camping trips. If you still need a reason to get camping chairs, well here are three simple ones to begin with.
1. Stony Terrains
The place you will be camping has stony grounds and there is a good chance that you may not last ten minutes while sitting on them. Camping chairs are ideal when you are camping out on prickly, stony and uneven terrains.
2. Prevailing Wet Weather
You may not be expecting torrential downpour but if they do come according to Murphy’s Law, you will be squatting around the campfire for dinner. You wouldn’t want to get your underpants wet and sticky, don’t you?
3. Cheap & Sturdy!
Most of these folding stools that are easy to pack are quite cheap. And they serve the purpose of being sturdy at the same time. Somehow, after a long activity in the day, I would prefer to sit around in these folding chairs to soothe the tired legs.
If you finally decide to include camping chairs in your camping supply checklist, you should have a good idea of the number of chairs that you need for your camping trip. You will find it helpful if you have an idea of what camping chairs are needed for your trip to be a pleasant one.
You should also check to make sure that any chair that you might be choosing is made of a strong material. This is important as you will be moving the chairs around quite a lot. Additionally some of the chairs could get exposed to inclement weather.
